Shipping Policy

BMODZ Shipping Policy

At BMODZ, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time. Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, product size, and weight. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are NOT fixed and depend on the delivery area, product weight, and package size.

  • Free Shipping is NOT provided for any order value.

  • Final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Heavier or oversized items may attract additional courier charges.

Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Orders are securely packed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch time may extend up to 3 working days in rare cases.

  • Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing days.

  • If we are unable to ship your order within 3 working days, a full refund will be issued.

Courier & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through reputed private courier partners such as
    Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shree Maruti, DTDC, or similar services.

  • A valid tracking number will be shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Orders can be tracked via My Account → Orders on our website.

Address Change Policy

  • We try to hand over orders to the courier partner within 24 hours of payment.

  • If you need to change the delivery address, please inform us immediately after order confirmation.

  • Address changes will not be accepted once the order is handed over to the courier.

Preferred Courier Request

  • If you prefer a specific courier service, please contact us before dispatch.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply, subject to courier availability in your area.

Delivery Time

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

    • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

    • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Delays

  • Delivery timelines are dependent on the courier service and destination.

  • BMODZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer may lead to delivery failure or extra charges, which must be borne by the customer.
